NGO Under Society Act

Generally there are two types of NGOs. One is State Level and another is All India Level. The only difference between them is the working area of NGOs. 

STATE LEVEL :

To register the Society or NGO at State Level. You need to provide the ID proof of Seven Member's (DL | Copy of Passport | Voter ID). You need to provide Two Members (President - Treasurer or Secretary - Treasurer) form Delhi. Other Five Members can be from any state. Two set of MOA of NGO or Society.


ALL INDIA LEVEL :

To register the Society or NGO at all India Level. You need to provide the ID proof of Nine Member's (DL | Copy of Passport | Voter ID). You need to provide Two Members (President - Treasurer or Secretary - Treasurer) form Delhi. Other Seven Members from Seven different states. Two set of MOA of NGO or Society.
